SERVICES CONDITIONS

In case of unavailability of choosen services, the Royal Team Tour will try to provide adequate and equal level of service that is followed upon the request of the clients.

PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, following payment schedule applies:

40 days prior the arrival / groups

10 days prior the arrival / individuals

for all ordered and confirmed services. At the time Royal Team Tour must already be in possession of the payed sum. In case of greater requirement the Royal Team Tour will request deposit in advance depends on quantity of required services. All fees which are included in the payment transaction are paid only by the client. The payment should be realized by the following ways:

1) by credit cards – accepts: AMEX, VISA, EC/MC.

2) by bank transfer – on basic of pro-forma invoice.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

All cancellations must be given in writing. In case if you will pay higher deposit, then you must have to pay the appropriate amount needed for the cancellations and the rest amount will be given back. When you will pay lesser deposit then the fees will be charged according to the appropriate cancellation fees as mentioned below all the time-limit charges/fees (of the final netto confirmed payment):

Individuals :

10 days prior arrival - no fees

9-5 days prior arrival 30% or reduction more than 25%

5-0 days prior arrival 100% or reduction more than 25%

Groups :

39 days prior arrival – no fees

39-25 days prior arrival 30% or reduction more than 25%

25-8 days prior arrival 50% or reduction more than 25%

8 –4 days prior arrival 70% or reduction more than 25%

4 – 0 days prior arrival 100% or reduction more than 25%

GROUPS and INDIVIDUALS:

A group will be understood at least 15 paying persons.

An individual will be understood maximum 15 paying person.

RATES

The rates included all taxes. They are charged netto in currencies EUR or CZK. The rates are created from the fixed Czech Crowns and the Royal Team Tour reserves the right to change the rates in case of changes the actual currencies more than 10 % (+/-). It means subjects are charged without prior notice.

VOUCHERS

The voucher will included all details about ordered services. After the definitive confirmation the Royal Team Tour will issued and send you this voucher. The voucher must be persented at any check-in. In case that Royal Team Tour will not have possibility to send you the voucher prior to your travell then this fact will advise the concrete services provider.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints must be given in written form during your stay and must include all details with necessary documentation about the concrete defects or reasons.

LIABILITY

The Royal Team Tour will not accept any responsibility for losses incurred as a result of: i.e. accidents, delays, illness, strikes, bad weather conditions etc. or any changes made by clients directly.
